APDCL/AEGCL/APGCL has invited online application for Sahayak(experienced) and Field-cum-office-assistant(Fresh & experienced) post in October,2018. The OMR based Examination was held on 28th April,2019 in different centres of ASSAM. More than 3,00,000 candidates had applied for the vacant posts and about 85% of the applicants/candidates were present on the Examination halls and appeared the APDCL Office-cum-Field Assistant Written Examination 2019.

The Time duration of the Exam was 2 hours

Total nos. of questions- 100

Total marks- 100 (1 mark will be rewarded for each right answer and 0.50 mark will be deducted for each wrong answers)

The Question Booklets were in four series- P, Q, R, S

Questions were from General English, General Knowledge, General Aptitude, Basic Computer knowledge & General Mathematics of Class-X standard. 

The difficulty levels of the questions are approximately-

Easy- 25%
Medium- 40%
hard- 25%
very Hard- 10%
